Senior Sales & Merchandiser
Job Descriptions:
- Liaise with customers, factories and suppliers on various stage from samples development, bulk orders processing to shipments
- Close follow-up of sample and production orders to ensure meeting customer’s requirements, quality standards and on-time deliveries, and therefore make frequent contact with and trips to factories
- Engage in sales activities such as price quotations and negotiations, and offer appropriate products to customers to drive growth
- Build up and maintain customers relations, and enhance customers satisfaction
- Develop training / communication materials/programs and provide training to junior members
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Textile and Clothing or related disciplines is preferred
- 5 years or above solid experience in sweater manufacturing / merchandising is required
- Ability to multi-task and follow-through in a fast-paced environment and maintain positive attitude at all times
- Self-motivated, proactive, initiative, attentive to details, with strong problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS Office Application and Chinese word processing

Senior Officer / Officer - Yarn Division
Job Descriptions:
- Follow up yarn orders from sample development to production, ensure order deliveries are on time
- Assist Product Development Team / Sales Team/ customers in locating specific yarns, provide guidance and recommendations on yarn properties, availability, and limitations
- Share latest yarn information with Sales Team
- Regularly maintain and update Yarn Library
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Textile and Clothing or related disciplines is preferred
- 5 years or above relevant working experience in yarn department of sweater industry is required
- Have solid technical skills in yarn spinning, dyeing, weaving, and ability to solve problems and to provide technical solutions for improvement when needed
- Strong in yarn sourcing & development, good knowledge of yarn materials, sustainable yarns, and traceability documents
- Knowledge in offshore yarn factory / mills is an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, initiative, attentive to details, strong problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer – Yarn Division
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Senior Accountant / Accountant
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare monthly management reports and analysis of financial data
- Prepare annual budget and forecast
- Lead and supervise finance team to handle monthly accounts closing process
- Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting with professional accounting qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years relevant accounting working experience (experience in handling PRC factories is preferred)
- Self-directed, strong attention to details and accuracy and able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadline
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Microsoft D365 is highly preferred
- Experience in implementation of ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Accountant / Assistant Accountant
Job Descriptions:
- Review Accounts Payable transaction by verifying, reconciling invoices and payment
- Responsible for monthly management reporting of PRC factories
- Lead a small team of Dongguan Accounts Department
- Business trip to China is required
- Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant accounting working experience (experience in handling PRC factories is preferred)
- Self-motivated, attention to details and good team player
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of Epicor / Peachtree / Microsoft D365 is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese andPutonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
