JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, support schedule and cashflow of overseas business units
• Handle year-end audit, tax computation & group consolidation of financial statements
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external auditors for statutory audit and tax filing
• Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Solid knowledge on consolidation and statutory reporting
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy, initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player and able to work independently, well-organized and good time management to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and knowledge on ERP system, MS D365 experience is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediately available is highly preferred

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Liaise with customers, factories and suppliers on various stage from samples development, bulk orders processing to shipments
• Close follow-up of sample and production orders to ensure meeting customer’s requirements, quality standards and on-time deliveries, and therefore make frequent contact with and trips to factories
• Engage in sales activities such as price quotations and negotiations, and offer appropriate products to customers to drive growth
• Build up and maintain customers relations, and enhance customers satisfaction
• Develop training / communication materials/programs and provide training to junior members
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or Degree holder in Textile and Clothing or related disciplines is preferred
• 5 years or above solid experience in sweater manufacturing / merchandising is required
• Ability to multi-task and follow-through in a fast-paced environment and maintain positive attitude at all times
• Self-motivated, proactive, initiative, attentive to details, with strong problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Office Application and Chinese word processing

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To support Product Development team routine duties (trend/market research, create spec, trial swatches, CAD artwork, APEX presentation, sample problem solving and follow up, daily communication with sample factory)
• To support clients’ request independently (meeting presentations, CAD/APEX requests, photo packs, sample research)
• To assist in development of swatches and samples
• To assist in showroom and presentation settings
• To source trims and accessories
• Travel to China factory when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile and Clothing, Knitwear Design or related disciplines
• Over 5 years' sweater design and development working experience
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Familiar with design software/programme: APEX (2D/3D), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Canva
• Knowledge in yarn and knitting techniques
• Good fashion / colour sense, with good presentation and management skills
• Proactive, attentive to details, good time management, strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production & Capacity Management

• Lead production planning and execution across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization, and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Merchandising, QA/QC, and Factory Management teams to achieve production targets
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues

Manufacturing Operations

• Oversee the complete sweater manufacturing process and shipment readiness
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources
• Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiencies across all factories

Quality & Delivery Management

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Work with QA/QC teams to reduce defects and implement corrective actions
• Monitor factory performance to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction

Cost Control & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production costs, efficiency, and wastage
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance and profitability

Factory & Vendor Management

• Build strong working relationships with factory management teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production status and provide operational support
• Evaluate factory performance on quality, delivery, and productivity metrics

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sweater/knitwear manufacturing
• At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing production operations
• Proven experience managing or working closely with manufacturing facilities in China, Bangladesh, and/or Cambodia
• Solid understanding of sweater production processes and knitwear technology

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Flat knitting machines (Stoll, Shima Seiki, etc.)
  • Yarn and knitwear production processes
  • Production planning and capacity management
  • Industrial Engineering (IE)
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Quality assurance and garment production standards
• Familiarity with ERP and production management systems
